摘　　要：耳内镜技术的出现为中耳外科领域的发展提供了新的动力,随着耳内镜器械和设备的持续改进和创新,更多的耳内镜实用手段被应用于中耳外科手术中,一些传统中耳外科的方法和理念也被重新审视和再认识。在此过程中,一些耳内镜手术的实用理念逐渐清晰,手术方法渐渐成熟,形成了具有特色的耳内镜中耳外科手术体系。耳内镜中耳外科手术体系的建立,不但有助于年轻医生理解耳内镜中耳手术的理念,快速掌握耳内镜中耳外科技术,对于中耳微创手术理念也是一种有效的实践。The emergence of endoscopic ear surgery has provided a new impetus for the advance of middle ear surgery.With continuous innovation and improvement of endoscopic instruments and equipment,more practical means of endoscopic surgical techniques have been adopted in the field of middle ear surgery,and some traditional concepts and methods of middle ear surgery have been re-evaluated.In this process,some of the practical concepts of endoscopic ear surgery have gradually become clear,surgical methodology established,and,finally,a theoretical system of endoscopic middle ear surgery formed.The establishment of the endoscopic middle ear surgical system not only helps junior surgeon understand the concepts of endoscopic middle ear surgery and master techniques of endoscopic ear surgery,it is an effective realization of the concept of minimally invasive ear surgery as well.
