浅析我国金融混业监管存在的问题及发展趋势

摘　　要：随着经济的发展,尤其是进入21世纪后,世界经济市场的中心逐渐由贸易市场转向金融市场。伴随着改革开放进程的加快,我国市场经济的发展也不断加快,金融行业已逐渐成为我国市场经济的核心组成部分。同时,金融行业也是国民经济的推动力,在一定程度上推动着国民经济快速发展。在金融行业快速发展的过程中,金融商品交易越来越多元化,我国对金融监管的要求也越来越高。从金融监管的基本情况出发,介绍我国金融监管的主体、对象与内容,在此基础上分析我国金融混业监管的现状,从中发现存在的问题,并结合相关理论提出优化策略,以期最大程度上发挥金融监管职能,创建、稳定的金融商品交易市场。With the development of the economy,especially after entering the 21st century,the center of the world economic market has gradually shifted from the trade market to the financial market.With the acceleration of the reform and opening up process,the development of China’s market economy has been accelerating,and the financial industry has become more and more important.The core component of China’s market economy,and the financial industry is also the driving force of the national economy.To a certain extent,it promotes the rapid development of the national economy.However,in the process of rapid development of the financial industry,financial commodity transactions are becoming more and more diversified.The requirements for financial supervision are getting higher and higher.Starting from the basic overview of financial supervision,this article introduces the main body,object and content of my country’s financial supervision,and on this basis,discusses the current situation of my country’s financial mixed supervision,discovers existing problems,and provides comprehensive countermeasures and suggestions based on relevant theoretical foundations.To maximize the function of financial supervision and create a prosperous and stable financial commodity trading market.
