区域金融生态环境对贫困减缓的影响研究——基于文献综述视角

摘　　要：金融扶贫是贫困地区实现脱贫致富的重要支撑手段。基于文献综述视角,系统分析金融生态环境与贫困治理的相关理论基础,为理清二者关系提供基础依据。与此同时,剖析金融生态环境影响贫困减缓的传导路径,发现金融生态环境可以从直接影响和间接影响两个层面影响贫困减缓。最后,从金融扶贫面临的困境出发,进一步探究金融生态环境促进贫困减缓的优化路径,并提出明确双方自身角色定位,遵循扶贫项目运行规律,规范政府职能,将金融扶贫治理纳入法制化轨道,完善激励机制,引入更多金融主体参与扶贫等具体优化措施,以期为金融扶贫提供相关理论指导。Financial poverty alleviation is an important support invective means for poor areas to achieve poverty alleviation and prosperity.Based on the perspective of literature review,systematically analyzes the relevant theoretical basis of financial ecological environment and poverty management,and provides the basis for clarifying the relationship between the two,and at the same time analyzes the transmission path of the financial ecological environment affecting poverty alleviation,and finds that the financial ecological environment can affect poverty alleviation from two levels of direct impact and indirect impact,and finally,from the dilemma of financial poverty alleviation,further explore the optimal path of financial ecological environment to promote poverty alleviation,and put forward a clear position of their own role.Following the operation law of poverty alleviation projects,standardizing government functions,incorporating financial poverty alleviation governance into the legal track and improving the incentive mechanism,introducing more financial entities to participate in poverty alleviation and other specific optimization measures,with a view to providing relevant theoretical guidance for financial poverty alleviation.
