摘 要:根据相关标准,螺栓法兰连接的设计是根据承受流体静压力及垫片压紧力计算的,但目前该计算只适用于刚性容器或管道的情况,当容器或管道上安装了非约束型膨胀节,则变成了柔性容器或管道,流体静压力产生的载荷发生了显著变化。分析和计算了安装非约束型膨胀节的柔性管道法兰载荷与刚性管道法兰载荷的变化,结论是螺栓载荷与法兰的力矩显著变小,可以大幅降低法兰连接成本。In current standards,the design of bolted flange connection is based on the calculation with static pressure from fluid and gasket load,which is applicable to rigid vessel or piping.When unrestrained expansion joint is connected to vessel or piping,the load from static fluid pressure which acts on this flexible vessel and piping is changed.In this article,the changes in the loads acting on the flanges connected with rigid piping and flexible piping were analyzed.It was concluded that the bolt load and the moments acting on the flange remarkably become smaller and the cost of the flanged connection can be reduced.
