摘 要:目前,飞机蒙皮探伤主要通过目视检查和人工手持检测设备检查,工作效率低,可靠性低,漏检率高,检测设备难以接近检测面。对此,将无损检测技术与轻型四旋翼无人机相结合,设计了一种飞机蒙皮裂纹探伤设备。介绍了这一设备的结构,对四旋翼无人机进行了强度校核,确认满足应用要求。应用这一飞机蒙皮裂纹探伤设备,能够显著降低工作量,提高检测效率,并降低飞机的维修成本。At present,the inspection of aircraft skin is mainly through visual check and manual check by hand held detection device.The work efficiency is low,the reliability is poor,the missed detection rate is high,and the detection device is difficult to approach the detection surface.In this regard,combining non destructive testing technology with a light duty quad rotor UAV,crack detection equipment for aircraft skin was designed.The structure of this equipment was introduced,and the strength of the quad rotor UAV was checked to confirm that it meets the application requirements.The application of this crack detection equipment for aircraft skin can significantly reduce workload,improve detection efficiency,and reduce aircraft maintenance costs.
