摘　　要：针对常规修井机底座的特点和移运问题,设计了一种轮拖式快速移运修井机底座。介绍了这一底座的结构,分析了工作原理。这一底座具有快速移运的特点,能够满足道路运输限宽要求和移运过程中过圆井的要求。应用有限元软件对底座进行计算验证,表明安全可靠性符合相关标准要求。这一底座在中东、非洲空旷沙漠地带具有推广应用价值。Aiming at the characteristics and transportation problems of the conventional workover rig base,a wheel towed quick moving base for workover rig was designed.The structure of this base was introduced and its operating principle was analyzed.This base has the characteristics of quick moving,which can meet the requirements of road transportation width restrictions and the requirements of passing round wells during transportation.The calculation and verification of the base via finite element software show that its safety and reliability meet the requirements of relevant standards.This base has promotion and application value in the open desert areas of the Middle East and Africa.
