摘 要:航空货运包裹的收拣过程中发现包裹熔损现象,通过对包裹进行宏观分析、熔融残留物成分分析、材质特性分析,以及对集装板进行宏观形貌观察、厚度检验、理化性能检验,确定货损原因为集装板与平台车发生原位滑动摩擦,产生局部高温,使包裹表层熔损。针对这一航空运输货损问题提出安全对策,严格控制集装板偏载,加强集装板货物装卸全过程安全管理,一旦发现集装板在平台车上打滑,立即采取辅助措施,消除打滑。During the picking process of the air cargo parcel,the melting loss of the parcel was found.Through macro analysis,molten residues composition analysis,material characteristics analysis of the parcel,and macro observation,thickness inspection,physical and chemical performance inspection of the pallet,it was found that the cause of cargo damage was the in situ sliding friction between the pallet and the platform truck,which generated local high temperature and melted the surface of the package.In response to this cargo damage during air transportation,safety countermeasures were proposed that will strictly control the unbalanced loading of the pallet,and strengthen the safety management of the whole process of loading and unloading of cargo on the pallet.Once the pallet is found to be slipping on the platform truck,auxiliary measures shall be taken immediately to eliminate the slippage.
