摘 要:本研究在回顾语言教师测评素养发展历程的基础上,解析主要英语国家语言教师测评素养标准文件和指南,回顾和对比国内外教师测评素养量表的特征及优劣。结果发现,教师测评素养从术语演变、需求调查、水平调查、利益相关群体界定和内涵构建等维度,呈现了跨学科、跨领域、多视角、多维度的教师测评素养研究范式,其中量表是培养和提升测评素养的有效方式。但量表的开发存在构建视角较为宏观、标准与量表相脱节、课堂测评与标准化测评素养相割裂、缺乏学科针对性等问题,因此,未来我国教师测评素养发展应着眼于我国基本国情,有效结合课程标准与测评实践,恰当界定内涵、构建构念框架,利用现代信息技术建立和升级监管机制,打造教、评、学三位一体的生态系统。Based on the review of the history of language teachers'assessment literacy development,this study analyzed common standard documents and guidelines for language teacher assessment literacy,extracted the characteristics,and compared the advantages and disadvantages of constructed rating scales at home and abroad.Results showed that the research of teachers'assessment literacy presented a paradigm of interdiscipline,multi-perspective and multi-dimension in terms of terminology evolution,need survey,proficiency survey,stakeholders defining and connotation constructing,among which rating scale is one of the effective channels to develop and improve teachers'assessment literacy.Nevertheless,some disadvantages like separation of standards from scales,disjointing classroom assessment from standardized assessment,lack of discipline pertinence,etc.were indicated in rating scale development.Therefore,further development of assessment literacy should eye on the specific circumstance of China,combining curriculum standards and assessment practice,defining the connotation,constructing the framework,utilizing the modern information technology to promote and regulate the whole mechanism,forging an ecosystem among teaching,assessment and learning.
