摘  要:深潜器作为探索深海资源的重要工具,通过对深海资源的探测与开发,能够有效地解决我国陆地资源不足的问题。针对现有控制系统采样频率低、控制精度不高的情况,该文采用以工控机加XPC实时内核为控制核心,以以太网为通信网络,以LabVIEW编写上位机人机交互界面,实现对舱口盖开关过程的实时控制以及状态监测。调试结果表明,基于LabVIEW与Matlab编写的上下位机控制软件,能够进行正常通讯,对传感器采样频率可达1 ms,控制命令响应时间在100 ms以内。The deep-sea occupied vehicle is the important tool that investigates the deep sea resources.The exploration and development of deep-sea resources can effectively solve the problem of insufficient land resources in China.In view of the low sampling frequency and low control accuracy of the existing control system,this paper proposed an innovative design scheme,with the industrial controller plus and XPC real-time kernel as the control core,Ethernet as the communication network,write the upper computer with LabVIEW as the human-computer interface.Real-time control and the state monitoring of the hatch cover switching process are realized.Debugging results show that the upper and lower computer control software based on Matlab and LabVIEW can communicate normally.The sensor can sample at a frequency of 1 ms,and the control command response time is within 100 ms.
