摘　　要：目的采用0~3岁婴幼儿生长发育监测评估系统对小于胎龄儿(small for gestational age infant,SGA)的各项生长发育数据定期监测,针对监测结果对家长进行养育指导。方法选取2018年10月—2019年12月在上海市虹口区江湾医院出生或就诊以及在虹口区妇幼保健所建卡体检的103例SGA作为研究对象。采用0~3岁婴幼儿生长发育监测评估系统,监测、评估入组SGA的生长发育情况并给予养育指导,对入组后6、18个月时SGA的生长发育数据进行统计学分析。结果经过18个月的监测、评估及干预,入组SGA在生长发育、大运动、精细运动、认知及语言发育方面均得到了明显改善或进步(均P<0.01)。结论利用0~3岁婴幼儿生长发育监测评估系统对SGA生长发育进行线上监测,可以及时掌握低出生体质量儿的生长发育状况,有利于及时给予针对性养育指导,促进其健康成长。Objective To monitor growth data of small for gestational age infant(SGA)by 0-3 years old infant growth and development monitoring and evaluation system,and provide parenting guidance for parents based on monitoring results.Methods A total of 103 SGAs,from Jiangwan Hospital and Maternal and Child Health Center of Hongkou District,were recruited according to the inclusion criteria from October 2018 to December 2019.Pediatricians assessed growth data of SGAs,provided parenting guidance,and analyzed growth and development data of 6-and 18month post-monitoring.ResultsThrough 18-month-long monitoring,evaluation,and intervention,the gross motor,fine motor,cognition,language and growth development of SGAs improved significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion SGAs online monitoring by 0-3 years old infant growth and development monitoring and evaluation system can effectively assess the growth and development status of low-birth-weight infants,which is conducive to pediatricians to provide timely parenting guidance and promote low-weight infants'healthy grow-up.
