摘　　要：随着我国工业化进程和人们生活质量的不断提升,对电力的需求变得越来越大,而且这种趋势还在不断增强。电网是保障国计民生的基础性服务产业,并且和公共、能源安全有着密切联系。为了迎合国家提出的建设智慧供应链体系要求,电网企业需要充分利用大数据、人工智能等技术实现物资供应链的智能化和数字化发展,而针对供应链的评价指标也要进行更新,以便促使物资供应链流程更具协同性和科学合理性。本文对电网企业物资供应链特征和供应链评价原则进行了详细介绍,并提出了构建供应链评价指标的策略,希望可以为电网企业的发展提供助力。With the continuous improvement of China’s industrialization process and people’s quality of life,the demand for electric power is becoming more and more large,and this trend is still increasing.Power grid is a basic service industry to ensure the national economy and people’s livelihood,and has a close relationship with public and energy security.In order to meet the requirements of building smart supply chain system proposed by the state,power grid enterprises should also make full use of big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies to promote the intelligent and digital development of material supply chain,and the evaluation index of supply chain should be updated,so as to make the material supply chain process more collaborative and scientific and reasonable.This paper introduces the characteristics and evaluation principles of material supply chain of power grid enterprises in detail,and puts forward the strategy of constructing supply chain evaluation index,hoping to provide help for the development of power grid enterprises.
