摘　　要：在运行中的电压互感器的二次回路上,只能通过一点接于接地网。电压互感器二次回路上的一点接地的不可靠性或多点接地的故障将改变零序电压的相位和幅值,从而引起有关保护误动作,严重危害电力系统的安全稳定运行。所以必须保证电压互感器二次回路上的一点接地。本文设计一种应用于检测电压互感器二次回路上的一点接地可靠性的设备,解决运行系统检测难题。The secondary circuit of voltage transformer in operation must be connected to the grounding grid only through one point.The phase and amplitude of zero sequence voltage will be changed due to the unreliability of one point grounding and the fault of multi-point grounding on the secondary circuit of voltage transformer,which will cause the relevant protection misoperation and seriously endanger the safe and stable operation of power system.Therefore,it is necessary to ensure one point grounding on the secondary circuit of voltage transformer.In this paper,a device is designed to detect the reliability of one point grounding on the secondary circuit of voltage transformer to solve the detection problem of operation system.
