摘　　要：为了去除石化行业乙烯装置裂解炉烧焦尾气中的颗粒污染物,对传统用于气体除尘的旋风分离器进行改进,设计了一种新型旋流除尘器,并将其应用于乙烯装置裂解炉清焦过程中。经新型旋流除尘器处理后,出口气中焦粉颗粒质量浓度基本控制在15 mg/m^(3)以下,符合GB 31570—2016《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》的排放要求(≤20 mg/m^(3)),平均分离效率达到92.8%,粒径在10μm以上的焦粉颗粒得到大幅度去除。In order to remove particulate pollutants from the coking exhaust gas of cracking furnace of ethylene plant in petrochemical industry,a new type of cyclone dust collector was designed by improving the traditional cyclone separator used for gas dust removal and applied to the coking cleaning process of the cracking furnace.After treatment by the new cyclone dust collector,the mass concentration of coke powder particles in the outlet gas is basically controlled below 15 mg/m^(3),which meets the national emission requirements of GB 31570-2016(≤20 mg/m^(3)).The average separation efficiency reaches 92.8%,and the coke powder particles with a particle size of more than 10μm are largely removed.
