摘　　要：目的评估自拟四肢洗方对全膝关节置换术后患者膝关节疼痛及功能康复的影响。方法回顾性分析自2018年1月至2019年6月在复旦大学附属中山医院骨科行全膝关节置换术的患者,根据是否进行了2个疗程自拟四肢洗方的治疗,分为四肢洗方组和对照组;分析2组患者术后1、3、6月随访时的疼痛评分(VAS),膝关节功能评分(KSS)。结果四肢洗方组共纳入122例患者,对照组纳入109例,2组患者在年龄、性别、BMI、手术侧和内/外翻膝比例差异无统计学意义;四肢洗方组患者在1月和3月随访时VAS评分和KSS评分优于对照组,6月时2组差异无统计学意义。结论使用自拟四肢洗方可对全膝关节置换术后患者膝关节疼痛及功能康复有积极的意义。Objective To study the effect of self-designed limb-washing prescription on knee pain and functional rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty.Methods The patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in the Department of Orthopedics of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from January 2018 to June 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.According to whether or not they had undergone two courses of treatment with self-designed limb-washing prescription,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group.The pain score(VAS) and knee function score(KSS) of the two groups at 1,3 and 6 months after operation were compared.Results A total of 122 patients were included in the experimental group and109 ones were included in the control group.There were no significant differences in age,gender,BMI,operative side and the ratio of internal/external varus knee between the two groups.At the follow-up 1 month and 3 months after the operation,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than those of the control group,and the KSS scores was higher than those of the control group.However,at 6 months after the operation,there was no significant difference in the VAS score and KSS score between the two groups.Conclusion The self-designed limb-washing prescription has positive significance for knee pain and functional rehabilitation of patients after total knee arthroplasty,and is suitable for early rehabilitation treatment.
