摘　　要：基于JJF 1059.1-2012测量不确定度评定与表示对商用车燃料消耗量进行不确定评估。为了对商用车燃料消耗量(碳平衡法)试验进行准确的量化分析和评价符合商用车燃料消耗量测量规范标准的合理性,通过分析建立的油耗数学模型,对影响燃料消耗量测量不确定因素进行分析,从而评价试验测量燃料消耗量准确性,为后续检测试验提供评价依据。JJF 1059.1-2012 evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty is used to evaluate the uncertainty of fuel consumption of commercial vehicles. In order to make accurate quantitative analysis and evaluation on the fuel consumption(carbon balance method) test of commercial vehicles, the rationality of fuel consumption measurement specifications and standards of commercial vehicles is in line with.Through the analysis of the established fuel consumption mathematical model, the uncertainty factors of fuel consumption measurement are analyzed. The accuracy of fuel consumption measurement in the evaluation test provides the evaluation basis for the follow-up test.
