摘 要:针对摩托车排放控制技术的特点,基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价理论,构建了包含环境、经济、技术等评价指标相结合的多元化、多层次的评价指标体系。以摩托车的"国Ⅳ"排放控制技术为研究对象,对3种典型排放控制技术方案进行综合评价。结果表明:闭环电喷+一级催化转化器+碳罐的技术路线是目前中小排量摩托车应对"国Ⅳ"排放法规的主流技术路线;当一级催化转化器的技术路线不能满足HC和CO排放要求时,可采用两级催化转化器方案;闭环电喷+二次补气+催化转化器+碳罐的技术路线综合评价得分相对较低,在中小排量摩托车的排放控制中较少采用。On the bases of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE), a multi-layer assessment system is established, including multi evaluation indexes of environments,economic and technical indicators. Taking the China-Stage Ⅳ motorcycle as an example, typical emission control techniques of motorcycle are comprehensively evaluated and quantitatively analyzed in this paper.This study shows that for the small-medium displacement motorcycles, the combination of the Closed-loop EFI plus single three-way catalyst with carbon canister is the current mainstream for emission control technology of the China-Stage Ⅳ emission standard. The double three-way catalyst should be adopted when the single three-way catalyst can’t meet the demands of the emission standard. The technology for closed-loop EFI plus single three-way catalyst with carbon canister and secondary air supply is rarely adopted control the small-medium displacement China-Stage Ⅳ motorcycle because of the low evaluation score.
