摘 要:燃油经济性是评价内燃机性能的主要指标之一,准确、迅速地获得燃油消耗率数据对内燃机技术发展具有重要意义。对当前主流的燃油消耗率检测方法进行了综述,包括以质量法和体积法为代表的直接测量法,以碳平衡法、改进碳平衡法和摩尔数平衡法为代表的间接测量法,以及以科里奥利法、超声波法、电控喷射法和空燃比法为代表的智能检测法等三类检测方法,并分别对其优势、不足及适用范围进行了分析。Fuel economy is one of the main indexes for evaluating the performance of internal combustion engines. Accurate and rapid acquisition of fuel consumption rate is of great significance for the development of internal combustion engine technology. In this paper, the current mainstream of fuel consumption rate measurement methods is reviewed, including direct measurement methods represented by mass method and volume method, indirect measurement methods represented by carbon balance method, improved carbon balance method and molar balance method, as well as intelligent measurement methods represented by Coriolis method, ultrasonic method, electrospray method and air-fuel ratio method, whose advantages, disadvantages and scopes of application are analyzed, respectively.
