摘 要:采用抑菌圈法测定了10种杀菌剂对金边虎尾兰致病型多粘类芽孢杆菌的毒力。结果表明,不同供试杀菌剂对金边虎尾兰致病型多粘类芽孢杆菌的抑制作用存在明显差异:70%丙森锌可湿性粉剂对金边虎尾兰致病型多粘类芽孢杆菌的毒力最强,EC50值为0.0065 mg/mL;47%春雷·王铜可湿性粉剂、10%春雷霉素可湿性粉剂、50%福美双可湿性粉剂和72%农用链霉素可溶性粉剂的毒力次之,EC50值分别为0.0135、0.0216、0.0216、0.0215 mg/mL。这5种杀菌剂可作为金边虎皮兰致病型多粘类芽孢杆菌田间防治的主要化学药剂。The toxicity of 10 fungicides to pathogenic Paenibacillus polymyxa in Sansevieria trifasciata was determined by bacteriostatic circle method.The results showed that there were significant differences in the inhibitory effect of the tested fungicides on P.polymyxa in S.trifasciata;70%propineb WP had the strongest virulence against pathogenic P.polymyxa in S.trifasciata,and its EC50 value was 0.0065 mg/mL;followed by 47%chunleimycin·copper oxychloride WP,10%chunleimycin WP,50%thiram WP and 72%agricultural streptomycin SP,with the EC50 values of 0.0135,0.0216,0.0216,0.0215 mg/mL,respectively.These five fungicides can be used as the main chemicals for the control of pathogenic P.polymyxa in S.trifasciata in the field.
