摘　　要：为了解道真县沙坝水库的浮游生物现状及多样性情况,于2019年9月对水库的浮游生物资源现状进行调查。结果表明:浮游植物共计7门59种,其中以绿藻门为主,共22种;其次是硅藻门21种、蓝藻门8种、甲藻门4种、裸藻门2种,隐藻门及黄藻门分别为1种。浮游植物平均密度为17.39×104 ind./L,藻类生物多样性指数在2.9064~4.2250之间,平均为3.3582。浮游动物共计3门40种,以原生动物为主,共16种;轮虫15种;节肢动物9种。浮游动物平均密度为0.089×104 ind./L。生物多样性指数在2.3219~4.0842之间,平均值为3.2655。水库浮游生物多样性高,水质属于清洁贫营养型。本文为道真沙坝水库内的水生生物研究积累了本底资料。In order to understand the status and diversity of plankton in Shaba Reservoir of Daozhen County,the plankton resource status in the reservoir was investigated in September 2019.The results showed that there were a total 59 of species of phytoplankton belonging to 7 phyla,including 22 species of Chlorophyta mainly,21 species of Bacillariophyta,8 species of Cyanophyta,4 species of Pyrrophyta,2 species of Euglenophyta,1 species of Cryptophyta and 1 species of Xanthophyta.The average density of phytoplankton was 17.39×104 ind./L,and the algal biodiversity index ranged from 2.9064 to 4.2250,with an average value of 3.3582.There were 40 species of zooplankton belonging to 3 phyla,16 species of Protozoon mainly,15 species of Rotifer and 9 species of Arthropod.The average density of zooplankton was 0.089×104 ind./L.The biodiversity index ranged from 2.3219 to 4.0842,with an average value of 3.2655.The plankton diversity in the reservoir was high and the water quality was clean and nutrient-poor.The results provides background data for the study of aquatic life in the Shaba Reservoir of Daozhen County.
