摘 要:在铅电解熔析除铜捞渣过程中,传统捞渣方式使用捞渣机直接在铅锅上方滤铅,回收渣中铅液。但当渣量较多无法一次捞净时,滤下的铅液将渗入剩余渣层中,造成金属损失。针对这种情况,某电解车间设计并制作了一种铅液回收装置,滤铅时使用该装置专门回收铅液,可避免铅液回流入渣。该装置改进了滤铅方式,减少铅在渣中的机械夹杂,从而减少铅金属损失,提高直收率。The traditional slag dragging method of lead electrolysis filters liquid lead above the pot for metal recycling.However,when the amount of slag is too large to be fished out at one time,lead liquid will seep into the remaining slag,causing mechanical inclusion.In view of this situation,a lead recovery device was designed and made in an electrolysis workshop.The device was used to recover lead during filtration,which could avoid the lead from flowing back into the residual slag layer.The device reduces the mechanical inclusion of lead in slag,so as to reduce the loss of lead metal and improve the rate of direct recovery.
