摘　　要：辊缝调节装置是连铸机实现轻压下技术以提高铸坯内部质量的关键设备,目前的辊缝调节装置存在电气元件寿命短和比例阀、伺服阀易卡阻等突出问题。通过加装防护罩和增设空气冷却方式对电气元件进行保护,采用轻压下快速响应阀代替比例阀和伺服阀,同时设置冲洗球阀来提高管路内部的清洁度,极大地减少了设备的故障率,保障了连铸机设备的稳定运行和铸坯质量的稳定性。The roll gap adjusting device is the key equipment to realize the soft reduction technology,it could improve the internal quality of the slab.The outstanding problems exists in the roll gap adjusting device includes short life of the electrical components,easy blocking of the proportional valve or the servo valve.The electric components are protected by installing protective cover and adding air cooling mode.The quick response valve of soft reduction is used instead of proportional valve or servo valve.Meanwhile,the flushing ball valve is set to improve the cleanness of the pipeline,which greatly reduces the failure rate of the equipment and ensures the stable operation of the caster equipment and the stability of the slab quality.
