摘　　要：为解决异型卷烟人工包装生产成本高且效率低等问题,对YB65型条盒包装机进行了异型包装改进。通过改进条盒纸暂存和供料装置,设计条盒纸折叠成型装置,增加条盒封签自动贴标装置,满足了条盒纸拾取、释放、折叠及提升输送要求,实现了异型条盒的立式包裹成型。以昆明卷烟厂生产的"云烟(百味人生)"为对象进行测试,结果表明:在生产速度25条/min条件下,改进后YB65包装机运行效率为78.0%,产量为34箱(每箱5万支卷烟)/班次,不合格产品剔除率为0.17%,累计停机时间为43.8 min/班次,条盒包装质量符合企业质检要求。该技术可为提高卷烟异型包装机械化生产水平提供支持。For improving the efficiency of cigarette cartoning and reducing packaging cost,a YB65 cartoner was rebuilt to produce cartons of special format,wherein the carton blank storing and feeding device was modified,a blank folding was designed,and an automatic labeling device for cartons was added.The rebuilt cartoner could accomplish the picking up,releasing,folding,elevating and conveying of carton blanks and the special vertical wrapping of cigarette packets.Cigarette brand“Yunyan(Baiweirensheng)”was tested on the rebuilt cartoner in Kunming Cigarette Factory,the results showed that at the running speed of 25 cartons per min,the operation efficiency and packaging capability of the rebuilt YB65 cartoner reached 78.0%and 34 cases per shift,the rejection rate of unqualified products was 0.17%,and the cumulative time of machine shutdown was 43.8 min per shift.The packaging quality of cartons met the requirements of enterprise’s quality inspection.This technology provides a support for promoting the mechanization level of special packaging of cigarettes.
