益肾活血方对不同性别高尿酸血症大鼠尿酸的影响及机制探索

摘　　要：目的研究益肾活血方对不同性别高尿酸血症大鼠尿酸的影响。方法选择SD成年大鼠SPF级60只,雌雄各半,依照随机法从各性别抽取30只大鼠,分为空白组,模型组,别嘌呤醇组,苯溴马隆组与中药雌鼠组、中药雄鼠组六组,每组10只,观察益肾活血方对不同性别高尿酸血症大鼠尿酸的影响。结果各组的SUA、BUN、Scr水平存在显著差异,其中空白组各指标均高出模型组,别嘌呤醇组,苯溴马隆组、中药雌鼠组、中药雄鼠组,而中药雌鼠组各指标低于其他组(P<0.05)。各组的SUA、BUN、Scr水平存在显著差异,其中空白组E2、T、XOD水平均低于模型组,别嘌呤醇组,苯溴马隆组、中药雌鼠组、中药雄鼠组,但中药雌鼠组各指标与其他组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论益肾活血方运用于高尿酸血症中效果显著,同时改善其尿酸水平,值得临床推广使用。Objective To study the effects of Yishen Huoxue decoction on the serum uric acid for different genders of hyperuricemia mice.Methods 60 SD adult SPF mice were chosen in the study,including 30 male mice and 30 female mice.Mice were randomly divided into blank group,modeling group,allopurinol group,benzbromarone group,TCM female group and TCM male group,10 cases in each group.The treatment effects of Yishen Huoxue decoction on the serum uric acid for different genders of hyperuricemia mice were observed.Results SUA(serum uric acid),BUN(blood urea nitrogen)and Scr(serum creatinine)levels among groups were significantly different,but related indicators in blank group were significantly higher than modeling group,allopurinol group,benzbromarone group,TCM female group and TCM male group.Related indicators in TCM female group were lower than the other groups(P<0.05).E2(estradiol),T(testosterone)and XOD(xanthine oxidase)levels among groups were significantly different,but related values in blank group were significantly lower than modeling group,allopurinol group,benzbromarone group,TCM female group and TCM male group.Related values between TCM female group and the other groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Huoxue decoction can effectively improve the serum uric acid levels of hyperuricemia mice.
