摘  要:目的观察稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(EOS%)与呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)水平及肺功能的关系。方法根据EOS%将125例稳定期COPD患者分为A组(EOS%≥2%)和B组(EOS%<2%),分别比较两组FeNO、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1%pred)。结果A组FeNO水平较B组高,FEV1、FEV1%pred低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组FeNO水平与FEV1、FEV1%pred负相关(r=-0.526,-0.454,P<0.05),B组FeNO水平与FEV1、FEV1%pred无相关性(r=0.181,0.115,P>0.05)。结论FeNO在血EOS%≥2%的稳定期COPD患者明显升高,并可反映肺功能严重程度,可用于评价病情及指导患者治疗。Objective To Observe the relationship between the percentage of peripheral blood eosinophil granulocyte(eos%)and the level of Fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)and pulmonary function in patients with stable COPD.Methods According to eos%,125 male stable COPD patients were randomly selected.They were divided into two groups which were group A(eos%≥2%)and group B(eos%<2%).FeNO forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)and FEV1 as a percentage of predicted value(FEV1%pred)were compared between the two groups.Results The level of FeNO in Group A was higher than B,FEV1 and FEV1%pred were lower than B,and there were statistical significantly differences(P<0.05,P<0.05).FeNO was negatively correlated with FEV1 and FEV1%pred in group A(r=-0.526,-0.454,P<0.05).There was not correlated between FeNO and FEV1 and FEV1%pred in group B(r=0.181,0.115,P>0.05).Conclusion FeNO was significantly increased in stable COPD patients with EOS%≥2%,which could reflect the severity of pulmonary function and evaluate the condition and guide the treatment of patients.
