摘 要:换热管在制冷空调、石油化工、城市供热等行业中广泛应用,提高其换热效率对节能有重要意义。管型结构对提高传热性能有重要影响,文章论述了各种强化换热管的研究现状并归纳了其强化传热原理。结合近五年研究成果,指出开发新型高效强化传热管的方向为微肋管。Heat exchange tubes are widely used in refrigeration,air conditioning,petrochemical industry,city heating and other industries.Improving the heat exchange efficiency is of great significance to energy saving.Pipe structure plays an important role in improving heat transfer performance.This paper discusses the research status of various intensified heat exchange tubes and summarizes the principle of their enhanced heat transfer.Based on the research results of the past five years,it is pointed out that the direction of developing new type of high efficiency enhanced heat transfer pipe is micro-ribbed pipe.
