摘 要:工业有机废气是当今大气主要污染源之一。随着环境保护工作的深入开展,挥发性有机废气(VOCs)的治理已成为大气环境治理重点。近几年对有机废气排放的标准要求越来越高,大部分地区要求VOCs排放浓度低于30 mg/m^(3)。国内大批已建成的常压高温重油罐尚无罐顶气环保治理的经济、安全、高效措施。文章简述了治理常压重油罐顶气的新方法,并从安全、环保角度分析了新工艺的可行性,为VOCs的治理拓宽了思路。The industrial organic waste gas is one of the main factors causing air pollution.With the development of environmental protection,the treatment of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)has become the focus of air quality control.As the emission standard of organic waste gas is becoming more stringent in resent years,the VOCs emission concentration less than 30 mg/m^(3) is required in most regions.There are no economical,safe and efficient measures for treating the top gas from many high-temperature atmospheric residue tanks in China.This paper briefly describes the new method of treating the top gas from the atmospheric residue tanks,and analyzes the feasibility of the new process from the aspects of operation safety and environmental protection,which can expand ideas on treating VOCs and achieve good economic and environmental results.
