摘　　要：目的探讨马斯洛需要层次理论在脑肿瘤切除手术室护理中的应用效果。方法将114例脑肿瘤切除患者按手术室护理方式不同分为两组,每组57例。观察组接受马斯洛需要层次理论指导下手术室护理,对照组接受手术室常规护理。比较两组的手术耐受性、服务质量量表评分、并发症发生率、干预前后康德-戴维森韧性量表评分、术后1周末创伤后应激障碍筛查量表评分及阳性症状发生率。结果观察组手术耐受率、服务质量量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后康德-戴维森韧性量表的乐观、自强、坚韧3个维度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01),术后1周末创伤后应激障碍筛查量表评分及阳性症状发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在脑肿瘤切除手术室护理中应用马斯洛需要层次理论能显著提高患者的手术耐受性,增强其心理弹性,降低创伤性应激障碍阳性症状及并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of Maslow's hierarchy of needs on operating room nursing for patients with brain tumor resection.Methods A total of 114 cases with brain tumor resection were divided into two groups according to different operating room nursing methods,with 57 cases in each group.The observation group received operating room nursing under the guidance of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,and the control group received routine operating room nursing.The operation tolerance,the score of service quality(SERVQUAL),the incidence of complications,the score of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)before and after intervention and the score of PTSD checklist-civilian version(PCL-C)one week after operation,the incidence of positive symptom were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical tolerance rate and SERVQUAL score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the dimension scores of optimism,self-improvement and tenacity in CD-RISC in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).At the end of 1 week after operation,the PCL-C score and the incidence of positive symptom in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory on operating room nursing for patients with brain tumor resection can significantly improve the surgical tolerance,enhance their psychological flexibility,reduce the positive rate of traumatic stress disorder symptoms and the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
