基于生命教育的团体心理辅导对大学生心理危机的干预研究

摘　　要：对60名心理危机大学生开展为期6周的团体心理干预显示,干预组和对照组在症状自评量表总分、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、焦虑、恐怖及其他因子方面存在显著差异,干预组得分显著低于对照组;干预组和对照组在心理韧性量表总分方面存在显著差异,干预组得分显著高于对照组。这说明生命教育的团体心理辅导能够明显改善心理危机大学生的心理健康状况,提高大学生应对危机的心理韧性。A 6-week group psychological intervention conducted on 60 college students in psychological crisis showed that the intervention group and the control group have significant differences in the total score of the symptom self-rating scale,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility,anxiety,terror and other factors.The score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group;there was a significant difference in the total score of the psychological resilience scale between the intervention group and the control group,and the score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group.This shows that the group psychological counseling of life education can significantly improve the mental health of college students with psychological problems,and improve the psychological resilience of college students when facing with the crises.
