摘　　要：资本主义全球化是资本积累和扩张在全球范围的实现。生产逻辑和资本逻辑是影响资本主义全球化产生与发展的两大逻辑。基于生产逻辑和资本逻辑的双重视角可以看出,由跨国公司主导的全球生产体系和金融资本主导的金融全球化是当代资本主义全球化的两大主要表现形式。全球生产体系和金融全球化的出现与发展,加剧了全球资源的消耗,引发了包括劳资关系失衡在内的诸多问题,最终导致资本主义全球化陷入严重困境。由于资本主义依然在当今世界居于统治地位,因而资本主义全球化陷入困境意味着世界的未来发展将受到深远影响。Capitalist globalization is the realization of capital accumulation and expansion on a global scale.Production logic and capital logic are two major kinds of logic that affect the emergence and development of capitalist globalization.Based on the dual perspectives of production logic and capital logic,the global production system dominated by multinational companies and financial globalization dominated by financial capital are two main manifestations of contemporary capitalist globalization.The emergence and development of the global production system and financial globalization have intensified the consumption of global resources,triggered many problems including the imbalance of labor-capital relations,and finally led to serious difficulties in capitalist globalization.Since capitalism still dominates the world today,the trouble of capitalist globalization means that the future development of the world will be profoundly affected.
