体检科护士多角色定位服务模式对体检质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨体检科护士多种角色定位的服务模式对体检质量的影响。方法采用便利抽样法抽取2018年6月—2019年11月于徐州市中心医院体检科进行健康体检的体检者240例,采用随机数字表法将体检者分为实验组(n=120)与对照组(n=120),对照组体检者接受常规体检科护理服务模式,实验组体检者接受体检科护士多角色定位服务模式,比较2组体检者的体检质量。结果实验组体检者的全程等待时间、体检完成时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组体检者的不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论体检科护士多角色定位服务模式可有效优化体检流程,提高体检效率,减少体检过程不良事件发生,从而提高体检质量,值得在临床上进一步推荐使用。Objective To investigate the effects of multi-role oriented nursing service on the quality of physical examination.Methods A total of 240 subjects who underwent health examination in Xuzhou Central Hospital from July 2018 to November 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups(n=120):an experiment group and a control group.The control group received conventional nursing service for physical examination,while the experiment group was provided with multi-role oriented nursing service.Their quality of physical examination was compared.Results The experiment group presented remarkable decreases in the whole waiting time and examination time,compared with the control group(P<0.05).The experiment group reported a significantly reduced incidence of adverse reactions,compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The multi-role oriented nursing service can effectively improve the procedures of physical examination,reduce the adverse reaction during examination,and finally improve examination quality.
