摘　　要：全面建成小康社会,实现第一个百年目标是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的重要组成部分,是中国共产党的初心所在。民族独立和社会主义制度的确立,为实现第一个百年目标奠定了坚实的政治基础和制度保障。从“四个现代化”到全面建成小康社会的历史进程始终贯穿着“人民主体性”“发展是解决一切问题的基础”“独立自主,自力更生”和“人与自然和谐共生”的价值准则。这一历史进程始终以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义中国化的成果——矛盾分析方法、调查研究方法、系统观和整体观等科学的方法论为指导。这些方法论保证了政策和决策的科学性、正确性,并在探索实现百年目标的伟大实践中不断得到丰富和发展。Building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realizing the first centenary goal is a significant part of realizing the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation,and is also where the original aspiration of Chinese Communist Party lies.National independence and the establishment of the socialist system lay a solid political foundation and institutional guarantee for the realization of the first centenary goal.Such value criterions of people’s subjectivity,development being the basis of addressing all problems,maintaining independent and self-reliant and maintaining harmonious co-existence between human and nature go through the whole historical process from four modernizations to building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The historical process has always been guided by such scientific methodology of sinicization achievements of dialectical materialism and historical materialism as contradiction analysis,survey research,and systematic and the holistic view,which ensure the scientificity and correctness of policies and decisions,and are constantly enriched and developed in the great practice of exploring the realization of the century goals.
