中国区域人才资本与经济高质量发展耦合关系研究

摘　　要：文章利用耦合模型,从"人才"与"经济"各自发展水平以及两者间互动关系出发,实证检验中国区域人才资本与经济高质量发展协调共进情况,并针对不同耦合类型提出针对性建议。结果显示:中国区域人才资本与经济高质量发展耦合程度总体不高,且呈现"东强西弱"的地区非均衡态势,其中北京和上海耦合程度最高,不仅人才与经济高质量发展水平均雄踞全国前两位,且两者也形成了相辅相成的良好关系;东部沿海发达省份以及中西部经济大省实现中级耦合,虽然人才与经济高质量发展水平均居全国前列,但两者协调程度在部分省份仍需改进;广大中西部及东北部省份耦合度较低,不仅人才与经济高质量发展水平大多在全国靠后,互促互进的良好关系也尚未形成。Based on the coupling model,this paper empirically tests the coordination of regional talent capital and highquality economic development in China from the perspective of the respective development levels of"talent"and"econo⁃my"as well as the interaction between them,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for different coupling types.The results show that the coupling degree of regional talent capital and high-quality economic development in China is not high on the whole,and presents a regional unbalanced situation of"strong in the East and weak in the West".Among them,Beijing and Shanghai have the highest coupling degree with the talent capital and high-quality economic develop⁃ment ranking the top two in China.The developed eastern coastal provinces as well as several central and western provinc⁃es achieve an intermediate coupling degree:their development of talent and economy are at the forefront of nation,but a positive interrelationship need be improved.Most central,western and northeastern provinces as well as the undeveloped eastern provinces suffer from a low coupling degree:their development of talent and economy are at the bottom of nation,and a positive interrelationship has not been formed.
