摘 要:文章首先基于超效率SBM模型和Malmquist-Luenberger指数分解测算出中国269个地级市的绿色创新效率,然后利用2004—2018年的城市面板数据,基于动态空间杜宾模型实证研究了互联网发展、产业集聚结构对绿色创新效率的影响。研究发现:绿色创新效率存在显著的"路径依赖"和空间溢出特征;专业化集聚显著抑制了绿色创新效率提升,而互联网发展和多样化集聚显著促进了绿色创新效率提升,同时,互联网发展与专业化、多样化集聚交互作用均显著促进绿色创新效率的增长;不同区域、不同规模和不同资源类型下的城市互联网发展与产业集聚结构对绿色创新效率的影响呈现出显著差异。最后,提出互联网与产业集聚融合发展的政策建议,以期为绿色创新效率提升提供新的视角。Based on the super efficiency SBM model and Malmquist-Luenberger index decomposition,this paper first estimates the green innovation efficiency of 269 prefecture level cities in China,and then uses the urban panel data from2004 to 2018 to empirically study the impact of Internet development and industrial agglomeration structure on the green innovation efficiency based on the dynamic spatial Durbin model.The results show that the efficiency of green innovation has significant characteristics of"path dependence"and spatial spillover;specialized agglomeration significantly inhibits the improvement of green innovation efficiency,while Internet development and diversified agglomeration significantly promote the improvement of green innovation efficiency,at the same time,the interaction of Internet development,specialization,and diversification agglomeration significantly promotes the growth of green innovation efficiency;the impacts of urban Internet development and industrial agglomeration structure on green innovation efficiency show significant differences in different regions,different scales,and different resource types.Finally,the paper puts forward policy suggestions on the integration of Internet and industrial agglomeration,in order to provide a new perspective for the improvement of green innovation efficiency.
