摘  要:射流式脉冲短节是射流式水力振荡器核心部件,活塞换向是射流式脉冲短节稳定工作的关键。针对射流式脉冲短节活塞换向稳定性问题,研究了活塞与活塞杆在上、下死点位置换向过程的动力学特征,优化了活塞杆与节流盘结构。研究结果表明,射流式脉冲短节活塞位于下死点时,节流盘过流面积最小,活塞换向阻力最大,严重阻碍活塞与活塞杆稳定换向;之后对活塞杆与节流盘结构进行了改进,基本消除了活塞位于下死点位置时的换向阻力,提高了射流式脉冲器短节工作的稳定性;最后通过地面试验验证了活塞换向优化的可靠性,同时还发现新结构可以降低工具压降,提高压力波幅值。文章研究揭示了射流式脉冲短节换向不稳定的原因,优化了活塞换向结构设计,提高了活塞换向的可靠性,对射流式水力振荡器的现场推广具有重要意义。The jet pulsed assembly is the main component of the jet type hydrodynamic oscillator.The stable reversing of the piston rod is the key to the normal operation of the jet type hydrodynamic oscillator.In order to solve the problem of commutation instability of piston rod,the dynamic characteristics of the reversing process and principle of piston and the piston rod at the upper and lower dead points are studied,the piston rod and throttle disc structure are optimized.The results show that when the jet pulse piston is located at the lower dead point,the flow area of the throttle disc is the smallest and the reversing distance of the piston is the largest,which seriously hinders the stable reversing of the piston and piston rod.Then the structure of piston rod and throttle plate is improved,which basically eliminates the commutating resistance when the piston is located at the lower dead point,and improves the stability of the jet pulsed sub.Finally,the reliability of piston commutation optimization is verified by ground test,and it is found that the new structure can reduce the tool pressure drop and increase the pressure wave amplitude.This paper reveals the reason of the instability of the jet pulse sub commutation,optimizes the commutation structure design of the piston,and improves the reliability of the piston commutation,which is of great significance to the field promotion of the jet hydraulic oscillator.
