摘　　要：旅游“性价比”较高的东南亚长期受到追捧,成为中国内地居民出境旅游的热点区域。随着“一带一路”倡议的深入实施,赴东南亚出境旅游的区域范围更加广泛,与此同时,面临的自然灾害更加多样,影响旅游安全的因素更为复杂,消除出境游客生命财产安全的相关隐患也更为棘手。因此,有必要分析“一带一路”倡议下东南亚出境旅游面临的新机遇和新挑战,总结东南亚出境旅游安全管理的现状,剖析东南亚出境旅游安全管理的障碍及产生原因,提出解决“一带一路”倡议下中国游客赴东南亚出境旅游安全管理的对策建议。Southeast Asia has long been a hot spot region for outbound travel of Chinese mainland visitors due to its higher cost performance.With extensive implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,Southeast Asia has wider and wider destination regions to accept Chinese visitors,who in the meantime face more diversified natural disasters,more complicated factors affecting tourism safety and more troublesome hidden dangers in handling their life and property safety.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the new chances and challenges to outbound tourists traveling to Southeast Asia under the Belt&Road Initiative,summarize status quo and obstacles of outbound tourism safety management,dissect impediments and corresponding reasons,and put forward suggestive countermeasures.
