摘 要:为了提高煤矿瓦斯抽采浓度,试验研究了带压注浆用聚氨酯封孔材料的微观与宏观性能,并进行了现场试验.研究结果表明:随着聚氨酯硬泡材料密度的提高,聚氨酯孔隙的密致程度上升,压缩强度成线性增加,发泡压力也逐渐增加.综合考虑封孔效果和经济性,最终选用密度为164.5 kg/m^(3)的聚氨酯硬泡作为带压注浆技术的封孔原料.山脚树矿试验表明,带压注浆封孔技术能显著提高钻孔的瓦斯抽采浓度和抽采量.In order to improve the concentration of gas drainage in coal mine,the micro-macro properties of polyurethane sealing materials for pressurized grouting were studied,and field tests were carried out.The results show that with the increase of the density of the rigid polyurethane foam,the density of the pores increases,the compressive strength increases linearly,and the foaming pressure increases gradually.Considering the sealing effect and economy,the polyurethane rigid foam with density of 164.5kg/m^(3) is selected as the sealing material of the pressurized grouting technology.The field application in Shanjiaoshu Mine shows that the pressurized grouting sealing technology can significantly improve the gas drainage concentration and capacity of the borehole.
