穴位埋针对血栓闭塞性脉管炎临床疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究穴位埋针法治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)第一、二期的临床疗效。方法:将50例入选患者使用随机数字表法随机分成对照组(25例)、治疗组(25例),对照组给予健康知识宣教、盐酸沙格雷酯口服,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予穴位埋针治疗。比较2组患者的超敏C-反应蛋白数值(hs-CRP)、踝肱指数(ABI)、患者的症状体征积分、间歇性跛行最大距离。结果:治疗组的症状体征积分、临床疗效以及ABI、hs-CRP、跛行距离均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋针治疗TAO(第一、二期)效果确切安全,不良反应发生率低。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of acupoint embedding therapy in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans(TAO)in the first and second stages.Methods:50 patients were randomly divided into the control group(25 cases)and the treatment group(25 cases)using random number table.The control group was given health education and oral administration of salgrelate hydrochloride,while the treatment group was given acupoint embedding therapy in addition.High sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),ankle brachial index(ABI),symptom and sign score,and maximum distance of intermittent claudication were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of symptoms and signs,clinical efficacy,ABI,hs-CRP and claudication distance of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint embedding therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of Tao(stage I and II),with low incidence of adverse reactions.
