摘 要:本文对催化燃烧式气体传感器的漂移特性进行了分析,提出了一种加速催化燃烧式气体传感器稳定方法-通断电应力法,并对该方法进行了试验验证和机理分析。试验结果表明:传感器经历通断电应力试验后,传感器在热循环试验条件下的漂移在±1.5%FS之间;在长期通电条件下的漂移在±4.0%FS之间,漂移明显优于未经历通断电应力试验传感器。说明通断电应力方法可加速催化燃烧式气体传感器的稳定,为快速实现催化燃烧式气体传感器稳定,缩短传感器生产周期提供了一种切实可行的方法。Drift characteristics of the catalytic combustion gas sensor is analyzed,and put forward a test method for accelerating the stability of the gas sensor-on-off electrical stress test method,and the mechanism analysis and experimental verification of the test method are carried out.The test found that after undergoing the on-off electrical stress test,the drift of the sensor under the thermal cycle test condition is within±1.5%FS,and the drift under the long-term energization test condition the is within±4.0%FS.The value is significantly better than the sensor without the on-off stress test.It shows that the on-off electric stress test can accelerate the stability of the catalytic combustion gas sensor,and provides a practical test scheme for quickly realizing the stability of the gas sensor and shortening the production cycle of the sensor.
