摘 要:针对超声波流量测量中回波信号难以精确定位的问题,提出了基于最大峰值检测的回波定位方法。对回波采样信号进行正向和反向滤波后,根据采样数据定位正常波形的零点位置;通过邻域点与峰值比较,判断波形质量与最大峰值的位置,以此定位回波信号的起始点。在基于数字信号处理器(DSP)与现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)双核心的超声波流量计系统上,进行了流量测量实验,通过标准表的实验数据对流量计进行流速校准。通过不同流速的流量测量实验,具有较低的引用误差与测量重复性。适用于管道内气体流量的测量。Aiming at the problem that the echo signal is difficult to accurately locate in ultrasonic wave flow measurement,an echo localization method based on maximum peak detection is proposed.After the forward and reverse filtering of the echo sampling signal,the zero position of the normal waveform is located according to sampling data.The position of the echo signal is determined by determining the position of the waveform quality and the maximum peak value by comparing the neighborhood point with the peak value.The flow measurement experiment is carried out on the ultrasonic flowmeter system based on digital signal processor(DSP)and field programmable gate array(FPGA)dual core.The flowmeter is calibrated by the experimental data of the standard table.The flow measurement experiment with different flow rates has lower reference error and measurement repeatability.It is suitable for the measurement of gas flow in pipes.
