摘　　要：平台经济像一把双刃剑,在促进经济增长的同时也带来了一系列新型的垄断和监管难题。平台经济在发展过程中会出现一定的垄断,如盈利模式的持续演进、市场地位的逐渐增强、滥用行为的逐渐显现等,这与平台经济的自身属性及其竞争性垄断市场结构密切相关。为解决平台经济领域存在的垄断难题,我国先后出台了一系列反垄断法律法规,但目前在认定垄断协议、制止滥用市场支配地位行为等方面仍存在一些不足。因此,在平台经济垄断治理过程中,应在适应经济发展形势变化的基础上,不断完善平台经济管制规则,明确平台经济管制范围,着力构建垄断管制协同治理机制,从而保障平台经济有序、健康、稳定发展。Platform economy is like a double-edged sword,which not only promotes economic growth,but also brings a series of new monopoly and regulatory problems.In the development process of platform economy,there will be certain monopoly problems,such as the continuous evolution of profit model,the gradual enhancement of market position,the gradual emergence of abuse behavior,etc.,which is closely relate to the platform economy itself and its competitive monopoly market structure.In order to solve the monopoly problems,China has issued a series of anti-monopoly laws and regulations,but there are still some deficiencies in the identification of monopoly agreement and the prevention of abuse of dominant market position.Therefore,in the process of platform economy monopoly governance,the government,users,industry associations and other subjects should be gathered to strengthen cooperation and continue to improve the platform economy regulation rules,standards and scope.
