摘 要:半潜式平台除了承受设备产生的工作载荷及环境载荷外,还受到偶然性载荷的作用,从而可能发生破舱进水而产生大倾斜。本文基于随机性设计波法对浮体破损后的半潜式平台进行总体强度分析,研究平台在大倾斜危险状态下对应的波浪参数、控制平台强度的波浪载荷工况及各主体构件应力的变化情况。结果表明,浮体进水前后平台在部分危险波浪载荷工况下的设计波参数差异较大,但控制平台整体结构强度的关键波浪载荷工况相同,破损平台结构总体应力水平较完整平台明显偏高。本文研究成果可为浮体进水后半潜式平台的总体强度分析和后续安全措施制定提供参考。Semi-submersible platforms are subject to accidental loads in addition to the working loads generated by equipment and environmental loads,which may lead to large tilt due to cabin damage and water inflow.In this paper,based on the random design wave method,the global strength of the semi-submersible platform after the pontoon damaged is analyzed,and the corresponding wave parameters,the wave load conditions controlling the strength of the platform,and the stress changes of main components under the dangerous state of large tilt are studied.The results show that the design wave parameters of the platform before and after the pontoon damaged and water inflow are quite different under some dangerous wave load conditions,however,the key wave load conditions controlling the global structural strength of the platform are the same,and the global stress level of the damaged platform is significantly higher than that of the intact platform.The conclusions of this paper can provide a reference for the global strength analysis of semi-submersible platform after the pontoon damaged and subsequent safety measures.
