摘  要:热源温度与距离是影响红外热释电传感器的两个重要因素。为了探究两者对红外热释电传感器输出电压的具体影响,本文通过基于热释电效应设计的测量电路以及MSO2014B型示波器、PS-2125型温度传感器等器材对不同热源温度与距离下的红外热释电传感器输出电压进行了实验研究。本文建立了热源温度与距离对红外热释电传感器输出电压影响的相关模型,相关系数为0.978。该模型的建立对红外热释电传感器的应用具有一定的指导意义。结果表明:在调制频率一定情况下,红外热释电传感器输出电压与温度成线性关系;红外热释电传感器输出电压与距离成指数型关系。The temperature of the heat source and distance from the heat source to the sensor are two important factors affecting the infrared pyroelectric sensor.In order to explore the specific influences of the two factors on the output voltage of the infrared pyroelectric sensor,researches and experiments are performed on the output voltage of the pyroelectric infrared sensor at different temperatures and distances of heat source by using the measurement circuit based on the pyroelectric effect,MSO2014 B oscilloscope,PS-2125 temperature sensor and other equipment.In this paper,a correlation model of the influence of the temperature and distance of the heat source on the output voltage of infrared pyroelectric sensor is established,in which the correlation coefficient is 0.978.The establishment of this model has certain guiding significance for the application of infrared pyroelectric sensors.The results of the experiments show that the output voltage of the infrared pyroelectric sensor has a linear relationship with the temperature and an exponential relationship with the distance respectively,when the modulation frequency is constant.
