摘　　要：目的探讨不同包装材料对骨科外来医疗器械分筐包装灭菌湿包的影响,为规范器械包装提供依据。方法选取2018年9月至2019年12月医院消毒供应中心处理的1500包骨科外来医疗器械,随机分成A、B、C 3组,每组500包。所有器械均装载于标准器械筐内,分别用3种不同的包装材料包装,灭菌前称重,采用相同灭菌程序,灭菌完成后2 min取出灭菌包称重,待灭菌包冷却后检查其内外干燥情况,比较3组灭菌包的湿包率。结果A、B、C组湿包率分别为1.8%、4.0%、19.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论灭菌包湿包受多种因素影响,在相同条件下,采用最终灭菌医疗器械纺织品包装材料分筐包装骨科外来医疗器械能有效地降低灭菌湿包率。Objective The impact of different packaging materials on the wet sterilization package of orthopedic loaner medical instruments by basket group packaging was explored,aiming to provide a basis for standardizing instrument packaging.Methods A total of 1500 packages of orthopedic loaner medical instruments in the central sterile supply department of our hospital were selected from September 2018 to December 2019 and they were randomly divided into groups A,B,and C,each with 500 packages.All the instruments were loaded in standardized baskets and then packaged with three different packaging materials.The three groups were weighed before sterilization,and then sterilized following the same sterilization procedure.Two minutes after the sterilization was completed,the bags were taken out and weighed again.After cooling down,both inside and outside of the bags were checked to confirm whether they were dry and the rate of wet packages were compared among the three groups.Results As for group A,B,C,the corresponding rates of wet packages were 1.8%,4.0%,19.8%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The sterilization packages'being wet were affected by various factors.Under the same conditions,the rate of sterilization packages'being wet could be reduced by packaging the orthopedic loaner medical instruments with textile packaging materials for terminally sterilized medical device in the manner of basket group packaging.
