血管缝合器在脑血管介入术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨血管缝合器在脑血管介入术后患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1-6月于医院行脑血管介入手术的患者80例,根据穿刺点止血方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组术后使用血管缝合器局部止血,对照组使用无菌纱布和加压止血带包扎止血,比较两组肢体制动时间、并发症发生率、患者卧床时间及护理时间。结果观察组肢体制动时间、患者卧床时间及护理时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑血管介入术后患者采用血管缝合器局部止血,可缩短肢体制动时间、患者卧床时间及护理时间,并可降低并发症发生率。Objective The application effect of vascular suture devices in patients treated by cerebrovascular intervation was explored.Methods 80 patients who underwent cerebrovascular interventional surgeries from January to June in 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the hemostasis method at puncture points.After the surgeries,the observation group were treated with vascular suture devices for local hemostasis,while the control group were treated with sterile gauze and then bound up with pressed tourniquet for hemostasis.The limb braking time,incidence of complications,lying-bed time of patients,and time spent in nursing were compared of the two groups.Results The limb braking time,lying-bed time of patients and time spent in nursing of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group,the incidence of complications of the observation was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When vascular suture devices were applied to stanch locally in patients treated by cerebrovascular intervention surgeries,the limb braking time,lying-bed time of patients and time spent in nursing could all be shorten,and the incidence of complications could also be reduced.
