摘 要:针对传统NiTi形状记忆合金在航天器连接分离装置应用中存在回复力低、回复应变小、回复温度受限和循环稳定性差等问题,通过添加Nb元素和调控加工工艺2种方式分别开发出NiTi-Nb与新型柱状纳米晶NiTi形状记忆合金,并对2种合金进行了回复特性测试。结果表明:NiTi-Nb与新型NiTi形状记忆合金回复力分别为845 MPa和760 MPa,且回复应变均高于5.4%;在15次循环测试过程中,2种合金回复温度与回复应变数值波动较小。The application of traditional NiTi shape memory alloys in spacecraft connection and separation mechanism has many problems such as low recovery force,small recovery strain,limited recovery temperature and poor cycling stability.To solve these problems,the NiTi-Nb and new-type columnar nanocrystalline NiTi shape memory alloy were developed by adding Nb element and adjusting the forming processes.The recovery characteristics of the two alloys were tested and the results showed that the recovery stress of NiTi-Nb and the new NiTi shape memory alloy were 845 MPa and 760 MPa respectively,and the recovery strain was higher than 5.4%,meanwhile the values of recovery temperature and strain of the two alloys presented a small fluctuation during the 15 cycles of testing.
