摘 要:针对高收纳比轻型可展天线的工程需求,提出了一种口径为0.5 m、收纳尺寸为1.5 U(10 cm×10 cm×15 cm)、质量小于0.5 kg的X波段抛物面缠绕肋可展天线结构。抛物反射面由缠绕肋、金属反射网和网面边索3部分组成,其中缠绕肋既是反射面展开的驱动元件,又是金属反射网的固定边界。缠绕肋截面采用C型截面。对C型截面不锈钢肋条的缠绕过程进行近似理论分析以及有限元数值分析,验证了缠绕肋在缠绕过程中处于弹性状态。根据X波段反射面型面精度要求,选定缠绕肋数量为16根,反射面焦径比为0.45。考虑缠绕肋变形及金属反射网均匀张拉,对反射面进行迭代找形分析,利用遗传算法对反射面型面精度进行优化设计,得到缠绕肋形状最优曲线方程。制作2台可展天线试验样机,分别进行了振动台试验前后反射面重复展开型面精度测试,得到反射面RMS值变动范围为0.8~1.0 mm,重复精度良好。To meet the demand for deployable antennas with high storage ratio and lightweight,a wrap-rib deployable antenna was developed in this paper.The antenna was less than 0.5 kg in weight,0.5 meter in diameter and could be stowed in 1.5 U(10 cm×10 cm×15 cm).Parabolic mesh reflector was designed for X-band operation.The reflector was composed of the wrapped ribs,the metal mesh and the side cables.The wrapped ribs were not only the driving elements of the reflector but also the fixing boundary of the metal mesh.C-shaped cross section was adopted in the wrapped ribs.The wrapping process of C-shaped stainless steel rib was analyzed theoretically and numerically.It was verified that ribs were in elastic state during wrapping process.Based on surface accuracy required by X-band,the number of wrapped ribs was determined as 16 and the focal length to diameter ratio of the reflector was 0.45.The reflector surface was found through shape finding analysis in which both the deformation of wrapped ribs and the distribution of tension in mesh were considered.The optimal curve of wrapped ribs was designed by minimizing the surface error through genetic algorithm.Two research models of deployable antenna were constructed and shapes of reflector surface were measured before and after vibration table tests.The surface RMS error was 0.8~1.0mm and had little change after multi-deployment.
