摘 要:舱外电动工具是航天员为空间站等大型航天器实施在轨维修,保证航天器长寿命运行的必要工具。概述了舱外电动工具的研究背景与工作环境;介绍了早期空间电动工具的发展;分析了以哈勃望远镜、国际空间站等航天任务所使用的舱外电动工具的技术特点;总结了舱外电动工具的发展与研究方向,提出中国开展舱外电动工具相关研究应关注维修任务体系与工具的统筹规范、工具的高可靠性设计方法等,并应加强模块化手枪型电动工具的研究。The Extra-Vehicular Activity(EVA)power tools are indispensable for astronauts to perform on-orbit servicing of large spacecrafts such as the space station to ensure their long-term operation.The research background and working environment of EVA power tool were summarized and the development of early space battery power tools was introduced.Then the technical characteristics of the EVA power tools used in Hubble Telescope servicing missions and International Space Station were analyzed.In the end,the development and research directions of EVA power tools were summarized.It is suggested that the research of EVA power tools in China should pay attention to the standardization between tools and on-orbit servicing mission,the high reliability design,and the research of modularized pistol-type power tools.
