摘  要:优选利湿通淋颗粒的水提工艺,为利湿通淋颗粒的应用开发提供参考数据。以益母草碱转移率和干膏得率的综合评分为评价指标,采用L9(3^(3))正交试验设计,优选利湿通淋颗粒的最佳水提工艺。优选的最佳水提工艺为:醇提后的药渣与蒲公英、益母草等五味饮片混合,加水量分别为饮片总重的14倍、12倍、12倍量,水煎煮3次,每次1.5h。优选的利湿通淋颗粒水提工艺合理可行,重复性好,为利湿通淋颗粒的研发提供科学依据。To optimize water extracting technique of Lishitonglin Granules and lay the foundationfor the application development of Lishitonglin Granules. Taking the composite score of transfer rate of Leonurine and the dry paste yield as the evaluation index, L9(3^(3)) orthogonal experimental design was used to select the optimum water-extracting process conditions of Lishitonglin Granules. The optimum of Lishitonglin Granules was as follows:the residue of ethanol extraction was mixed with 5 kinds of medicinal materials,such as Taraxaci and Leonuri herba and so on, and they were boiled 3 times with water for 1.5 h each time, the amount of water was 14 times,12 times, and 12 times. Optimized preparation process of Lishitonglin granules was reasonable and feasible, providing reference data for research and development of Lishitonglin Granules.
