摘 要:稠油通常具有黏度高、密度大以及流动性差的特点,从而影响稠油油藏的高效开发。因此,为降低稠油的黏度,提高普通稠油油藏的采收率,室内以脂肪酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺和过氧化氢为单体制备了一种新型水溶性稠油降黏剂SWQ-1。降黏剂的最佳合成工艺条件为脂肪酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺与过氧化氢的摩尔比为1∶1.6,催化剂的加量为2.5%,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为6h。合成的水溶性稠油降黏剂SWQ-1对目标区块普通稠油具有良好的降黏效果,降黏剂质量分数为0.3%时,降黏率可以达到85%以上。此外,水溶性稠油降黏剂SWQ-1还具有良好的表面活性,其加量为0.3%以上时,能将水溶液的表面张力值降低至27mN·m^(-1)以下。Heavy oil usually has the characteristics of high viscosity, high specific gravity and poor fluidity, which affects the efficient development of heavy oil reservoirs. Therefore, in order to reduce the viscosity of heavy oil and improve the recovery of ordinary heavy oil reservoirs, a new water-soluble viscosity reducer SWQ-1 was prepared by using fatty amidopropyl dimethyl tertiary amine and hydrogen peroxide as monomers. The optimum synthesis conditions of viscosity reducer were as follows: molar ratio of fatty amidopropyl dimethyl tertiary amine to hydrogen peroxide was 1∶1.6, catalyst dosage was 2.5%, reaction temperature was 70 ℃, reaction time was 6 h. The synthesized water-soluble heavy oil viscosity reducer SWQ-1 had good viscosity reduction effect for common heavy oil in the target block. When the mass fraction of viscosity reducer was 0.3%, the viscosity reduction rate was more than 85%. In addition, SWQ-1 had good surface activity, and the surface tension of water solution was reduced to less than 27 mN·m^(-1) when the dosage of SWQ-1 was more than 0.3%.
