摘  要:根据长庆油田H区块的储层地质条件及流体特征,对适用于低渗透油层的聚表二元体系相对分子质量调节装置进行了优化设计。分别建立3种相对分子质量调节元件的数值模型,模拟结果显示:流场中靠近喷嘴的速度、剪切速率及压力有明显的波动,在喷嘴狭窄段和挡板处,变化最为剧烈。喷嘴-螺旋板式相对分子质量调节装置速度由1.378 2 m·s^(-1)变化至1.773 5 m·s^(-1),且保证压差在2 MPa内,对相对分子质量的降解,该装置能提供更好的效果。开展室内对比实验,结果表明:喷嘴-螺旋板式相对分子质量调节装置与实测值误差最小,相对误差为3.37%,可有效实现聚表二元体系的分质注入,提高低渗透层系的动用程度。According to the reservoir geological conditions and fluid characteristics of block H in Changqing oilfield, the molecular weight regulating device of polymer surface binary system suitable for low permeability reservoir was optimized. According to the simulation results, there were obvious fluctuations in the velocity, shear rate and pressure near the nozzle, especially in the narrow section and baffle of the nozzle. The velocity of the nozzle spiral plate molecular weight adjusting device changed from 1.378 2 m·s^(-1) to 1.773 5 m·s^(-1), and the pressure difference was within 2 MPa. The device could provide better results. The experimental results showed that the error between the nozzle spiral plate molecular weight adjusting device and the measured value was the smallest, and the relative error was 3.37%, it could effectively realize the mass separation injection of polymer surface binary system and improve the utilization degree of low permeability layer system.
